Hi all, I was initially browsing the eshop while downloading a game. after scrolling to the tab for Nintendo Switch Online, the screen froze up and was loading indefinitely. After performing a forced shutdown, I was no longer able to connect to the 5Ghz wifi I was originally connected to. I could also not longer see that wifi after performing a search on all available networks.
I tried switching off and on my router and Switch 2, which allowed it to be seen but not connected (Error 2110-2003). After refreshing the wifi search page the wifi listing disappears again. The separate 2.4Ghz connection was working fine. I have also tried a factory reset but the issue stayed.
I have read threads from other users about failing to connect or even see 5Ghz networks and it appears to be a software issue, but how do I check and confirm if the wifi hardware is okay?
