Hacking Wich directories on my SD are my NAND?

Hi,

i want to clean up my SD card but can not figure out wich directories are needed to load my NAND backup..
i got these dirs:
00000001
import
meta
private
savegames
shared1
shared2
sys
ticket
title
tmp

wich ones are my NAND backup and what are the others btw?

The bold ones should be the nand backup folders
