The set up is the same for all games... It's in your DS firmware not on each game.
I've only played JUS online 3 times... two of them were random battles. So... Up to you.

OK we need a chatroom or just some kind of real time chat that we can use to set up wifi games. This is stupid.

which is why we're resorting to forum posting...

EDIT:i got wifi working but its on the patched version
and i dont have any characters
only that onepeice guy and naruto >.
