I bought a used switch v2 with wifi range issues. When searching for networks it founds every single wifi network that my other devices can detect but when it gets to connecting to them no matter what it cant connect to a wifi if its over 20-30 cm away from the switch. It was not a problem for me but when i tried to detach joycons and use them seperately i noticed that bluetooth range is also too short that i can call it non existent. I can only use the joycons detached from the switch about a centimeter away from the left joycon rail. I dont know if the problem is with antennas or network ic but i tried a routers wifi antenna with no luck either. I will be happy to see any help. Thanks.

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way -

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
