MIG Switch used offline, will format and going back online = ban?

I've had my Switch 2 since day 1, only installed the day 1 firmware and kept it offline ever since, for future hacking prospects. I was also a total idiot and used a MIG Switch flashcart with dumps that are not my own, despite having a fully modded Switch OLED. With OOT Remake and the new Kirby coming out soon, my question is, will factory resetting my Switch 2 and then going online trigger a ban? I'm guessing it will, I'm just curious if anyone else has been in this situation and tried it?

The factory reset doesn't reset the registry that keeps track of the certificates used. as already happens with the Switch 1, by the way.
If I were you, I'd keep it offline, and if, I say if, one day they were to unlock it, you could even reset the log and hope to appear clean.

Ban incoming. Keeping it offline is essentially the same = a self ban. If you play with fire (piracy), you are eventually going to get burned. If you really want to play the new Oot remake/ Kirby, better start looking for another S2.
