If it's dolphinbar, In my experience it's a bug that occurs on some PCs that they couldn't replicate and fix. I ended up using a dongle and a usb ir bar for that PC while my laptop used the dolphinbar.
That's not true. I have a DolphinBar and it wasn't a bug at all. It works fine on my Dolphin. I haven't used it yet so I cannot test it again. I had used it last year and worked fine.
