the protection of wii firmware is too strong?
or totally different hardware of different region, so do not support others' firmware?

Thanks for showing how well my culture can speak English. Anyways, you can't flash a Wii with a different region firmware. Simple as that. If you do, if I remember correctly, it'll place two of every channel on the main screen since the only way to flash the Wii is through updates, unless there's some magical Wii backup disk out there which I remember seeing on some website...
