so I was going to play on my Wii and I decided to play a specific game, raving rabbids travel in time, and when I turned on my jailbraked Wii (yeah because it is already hacked) it says in French "please update the Wii" and I don't know why.
can somebody help me with this bug because its already update to its last version of software.

i guess its "To use this channel, you need first do an update of the Wii. click OK to start the update. This update will add new channel's to the Wii menu" knowing that the Wii is hacked I don't know if I should do the update guys

Yeah. It's normal, at least in my experience. Have had my Wii updated to 3.4U since it came out and every time I set a new WIFI connection and it asks me to update. Nothing happens in reality though. I guess it's indeed a bug.

Not a bug. You will be prompted to update if there's any content seen as not up to date when checking for updates (whether online or via game disk). It could be an ios, mios, etc, not necessarily the system menu itself. If you perform an update u may lose some mods and have to resoftmod the console to restore them. Game disks containing updates specifically will refuse to launch without doing the update first unless...

You should just block updates using priiloader system menu hacks, problem solved

If you don't have this already enabled I wouldn't be surprised if the guide u followed is outdated, you should consider updating your mods, easiest way is to drag and drop your syscheck.csv onto modmii.exe and it will tell you what to do https://gbatemp.net/threads/posting-a-system-check.300279/

You can also check for updates to your apps saved to sd or usb, use the homebrew browser or drag and drop your sd or usb onto modmii.exe and it can help u check for updates
