So my checkpoint is being super random i have like 6 games and i have played all of em at least ones but for some reason i only shows 3+the cartridge so idk how to fix this

Have you refreshed the game list to show the ones that have save files on them?

I think you have to HOLD B for five seconds to refresh (it’s not listed in the prompts strangely).

^This. You need to hold the B button until it refreshes (a few seconds or so). It's not intuitive at all as it is not listed in the onscreen instructions as it should be, as there is plenty of space for it. Hopefully if it is ever updated again, the developer will add that. I too was confused by Checkpoint at first because of this.
