You know, what if Pegaswitch and Reswitched were to build their own firmware that could be flashed onto the switch.... kind of like Jtag and RGH.... each would have their own thing and it could be unique....

Calm down, Nintendo probably learned from Sighax and didn't leave that vulnerability in. If not, that's probably the first thing they'll use in the 'updatable' bootROM sectors.
