Hacking Why I can't contact Nintendo CDN from my computers?

My Wii U can access the eShop no problem, downloading and browsing.

All my PCs in my home network instead can't access http://ccs.cdn.c.shop.nintendowifi.net/ - How?

It even can't find the IP address on traceroute!

I tried to switch from the ISP DNS servers to OpenDNS, then to Google DNS, it can't access it.

But, if I do a VPN (windscribe), it suddenly works...

Well first of all you're using traceroute wrong (don't include the http:// or trailing /).

How are you trying to access it on your PC?

For my Location (Europe) and VPN set to US it says:

Right now I am at work, and it works correctly (error 404 on http://ccs.cdn.c.shop.nintendowifi.net/ )

Instead at home it can't be reached at all (I get "website can't be found", the same error you get when you visit an invalid domain, like for example http://www.rerwgtrewt.com/ )

edit: tried right traceroute command, same result

also did a ping on the address, error, domain not found
