Emulation Why does my game freeze every second match

I have an dsi console that have moded (with twilight menu ++) to play games and dsiware content, but when i try to play inazuma eleven (european version) the game always stops working every second match (equivalent of an encounter on an rpg).
Can someone help me with this.

Is the ROM modified in any way?
If not, I don't know why this happens, since it should've been automatically AP-patched.

Try manually AP-patching the ROM using DS-Scene ROM Tool.
