Hacking Why can't be discs be read?

I have a Wii, currently at 4.1u, and I am having trouble getting my backup games to work. I have the original disc of Tiger Woods 08 and it works perfectly, though the backup always says "disc cannot be read" after it loads up. This also happens with Grand Slam Tennis. Some older games that I've made work perfectly well though, so I don't know what the problem is.

My wii as I said is 4.1u, has CIOSrev14, and all the IOS files installed. Thanks for any help

Bad burn or crappy media.

I'm going to try reburning the disc, but the same disc worked several weeks ago. I'm guessing the DVD was scratched or damaged, though it looks perfectly fine. Thanks though
