Hacking Why are my game cheats in chinese?

I tried downloading a different rom (you know how they are labelled (U) or (E) when you dl em) and it's still the same. I'm using a TTDS flashcart as well. Thanks in advance.

Usually cheats are generally in Chinese because the Chinese scene seems to be far greater, far more active, and therefore, much more in control of these things. When flash cart teams release cheats in only one language, they would release not only in their native language, but also because it is the most popular.

I don't think so, because I haven't downloaded anything off gbatemp except for moonshell files.

Always look in the 'sticky' in this sub-section titled "the new massive cheat compilation thread" and search for a post from Narin within it - latest update 8-06-08 = http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=84991&st=2460
Click on that number (listed in red under his signature) to download usrcheat file.
