Gaming Why am I no longer receiving spotpass updates?

I have the games on my spotpass list, I'm also on firmware 5.5.1 and I'm not using any homebrew DNS for blocking nor does my router have any URLs blocked. What else could be causing spotpass updates to not appear?

I know there are updates for a fact cause of the Super Smash Bros DLC releasing today.

I have auto power-down and Standby Functions disabled. Would that have any correlation with Spotpass functionality?
