Homebrew Which sites have batch DPG videos?

I remember there was another site that had downloads of many anime series and various movies for download already in DPG format. I don't remember what it was but maybe someone here does. I think it had gba in its name kinda like gba temp but something different. If it helps I have the street fighter 2 uncut movie that I downloaded from that site and it was encoded by Bill Gates03

I was thinking of this site as well. I want to know if that is what was being modded though.
