I second Samsung Evo plus. SanDisk ultra A1 is cheaper but writing speed sucks .
I don't think you need much writing speed but better reading speed... Most ppl get around 90 MB\s continuous or just above 80MB\s read continuously...
And not all are related to the continuous sector speed, A1 has more iops and more life cycles as its specially made for internal data storage kinda to replace nand memory, it usually make a difference in loading apps even when compared to slightly faster SD, but by a small margin, they make a huge difference is on android when formatted as internal storage because of android encryption where a normal class 10 will completely ruin the performance after the encryption making the device super slow just on android menus it self...
Also I don't think you will get much better speed on the Switch as even the old class 10 with eshop games seem to get similiar to a way faster card and sadly Switch doesn't also support the faster UHS II and III speeds or else we could get something close to a SSD in speeds (its just compatible, but they will work as a UHSI SD as Switch and almost no devices have the extra pins needed for the faster types).
I got myself Sandisk 400gb last week, the card seems to be stable and I haven't experienced with speed drop so far.
That's just for the rich, something the size of a fingernail just to store data for the price of the switch.
Even if you are wealthy I don't recommend investing too much, specially because they either already made or are making a god damn 128TB SD (the bigger one), I'm sure they will keep increasing little by little and win a HUGE amount of money while they actually can make something already hundreds of times better and they also come with PCI-E controller built-in and capable of around 1GB\s, its more like a full SSD in a small SD.
