EmuMMC Crashes After SD Card Clone – Not SD Card Issue?

Hey all,

I’ve been using a SanDisk 128GB SD card running EmuMMC (partition setup) with no issues.

Cloned it to a SanDisk 500GB using AOMEI — worked fine for a year.

Yesterday, during a game install, it crashed and kicked me back to Hekate.

Now I get an error when launching EmuMMC (see attached).


What I’ve tried:

Recloned the 128GB → 500GB — same issue.

Bought a new recommended SD card (see attached)— same issue after cloning.

I can still launch CFW, just not EmuMMC.


Starting to think this is a system memory issue, not the SD cards.

Anyone run into this or have advice?

Edit. Just to be clear the back up SD card still works fine.

based on the first photo looks like corrupted emunand. You can try to replace atmosphere and Hekate files see if it boot though.

I tried replacing them, same error.

If emunand is corrupt where can I begin to try and fix that?

Finally was able to bypass the error when I cloned the working card using Aomei sector by sector option to thr new card.
