Hardware Which one should I get?

Hi everyone, I have gotten news today that my PS3 that does not read discs can get replaced with a brand new one. Some PS3's come with cool games and stuff. So what bundle and which one should I get? They're all so good!
If you have any links to sales online from Future Shop, Best Buy (most recommended) I would really want your opinion.

If you've got an EB Games near you, they've got a sale going on, (Power Sale) and they've got a list of games on-sale, along with a great bundle-deal for a PS3.

It comes with a 160gb Slim PS3, and a Killzone 3 + controller bundle. All that for 249.99 . The PS3 and the game are brand new as well, so if you wanted, you could probably trade the game and the controller in for a bit of extra trade credit.
