i would reccomend the wiikey. i prefer it over the many other chips across the market. If you want i will installl it for u or if u just wanna chip pm me

Essentially they all do the same thing. I prefer the DVD upgradeable ones since I don't want to ever have to open my console again. Right now my OpenWii does exactly what I want it to do - plays backups. There are two other things I would like but they are not yet available:

1) FULL region free support
2) Homebrew support

The wiikey works well, it's a pity about their lack of updates for the audio fix though.
