Hacking Which Guitar Hero Grip Should I Get?

The second product is seemingly better than the first, but so far there is no review of it. But then again, it's pretty new. Any thoughts on which one I should get?

I have the first type of grip from DX and there's my review of it in my signature ...

I would of probably bought the 2nd type with the inbuilt speakers and pick holder if they had them in stock at the time when I got mine

anyhow the one I got works! .... does what I want it to do and its $3 cheaper lol ....

what you need to decide is .....do you need the one with STEREO speakers in it?... as the ds has stereo speakers already!

and do you need a pick holder do you already have a pick? reason .....noted although it shows the pick holder it does not state it comes with a pick anywhere in the article

Well the main reason I don't want to get the first one is because it looks very flimsy and easily breakable. The second one seems to be sturdier built, not to mention the box looks a lot better than the first one.

Maybe I want it for homebrew purposes only like VideoGame Hero or that other game... FretFury was it? But then again, you COULD be right!

I would go with the second one. I have the original one and it can really easily fall off when you play. Beacuse the 2nd one plugs to the headphones port aswell as GBA port it shouldn't fall off when playing.
