Hardware Which Dell laptop is better?

I'm looking for a Dell laptop that is better then this one beneath.

HP ENVY 17-2050eb notebook pc

AMD Radeon HD 6850M 1 GB DDR5

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

I'm talking about RAM/CPU/Graphics card

I'm telling you now you won't find a laptop better than this, unless you really want to throw away your money. If you do want it better anyway, buy a desktop.

It's an i7 with 4 cores and 8 threads. Are you joking?!
Your ram is 8GB 1333MHz DDR3. Come on. 4GB is way more than enough.
A 6850 is very fcking good, I have two of them myself.

I have to buy a new laptop for my studies next year.
It has to be 'an animal' to develop games on it.
I'm not so into HP, but more in Dell.
That's why I'm looking for a Dell equavalent

here is where you should look, you can get an i7 29xx and 32GB ram aaaaand a 2GB AMD 6970. (you can adjust the specs)
That's about the best laptop ever made. It'll cost you around 3000 euro's.

edit: oh when you really go all the way it costs you 6000 euro's.

Crashing when programming is a software issue and id bet completely unrelated to hardware.

Alienware might have the best internal hardware, but the software has to work too, and that's not the case.
