Hacking Which A9HL compatible CFW has TWL and AGB_FIRM pre-patched?

As title says i'm looking for an CFW with A9HL support and AGB AND TWL_FIRM support for playing gba and dsiware cias.
I'm on rxtools without a9hl and I really want to upgrade to a9hl but I don't want to lose its features like the AGB and TWL patches...

hey also how do I install A9HL . I'm downgrading and I know I must use SafeA9HLInstaller to install a9hl but where do I get firm0.bin, firm1.bin and secret_sector.bin?
I know I have to dump my OTP to get otp.bin but I don't know where do I get those files...
