Hardware Which 3ds XL's come with <4.5?

I read on here that you look for regular 3ds' with a copyright year 2012 on the box, but what about XL's. I'm impatient to see if anyone finds an exploit for >4.5 and might bite the bullet on an XL. Just wonder if there are any signs to look for. Does the all black come with a higher FW, or is it possible to be in the range?

You can look for 3DS XLs with 2012 copyright on the box as well
