Sounds strange. Did you move it with apps2sd or through settings? If through settings, try moving it back to system storage (with settings) and then to sd again using apps2sd, see if that works better.

EDIT: Ignore this, the post above is probably correct (I haven't used apps2sd, so I don't know much about it)

There is a couple of methods but all require rooting .

So in astro I just navigate through the system folder and then the apps folder and then delete any apps/games that I don't want. Cool.
Another query, on apps2sd, I moved fruit ninja to my sd card although when I go to the sd card section on apps2sd, below the fruit ninja icon, it says 1.4mb. I thought the game was something like 30mb. Shouldn't it say 30mb?

ASTRO won't work, you need Root Explorer or a similar program (which requires root) to browse and edit the phone's internal memory.
