Hacking Where to hardmod? (Canada)

I'm in toronto and was wondering where I can hardmod my N3DSXL here, was thinking of doing it myself but I have no soldering experience or tools, if I bring it over to a pc shop or something of the sort will they do it? Any recommendations? I'm afraid of sending it to someone here because of scams or lack of guarantee. (Never sent a console to get hardmodded before)

there isnt a canadian hardmodder on the list (id say go with a USA hardmodder as its closest)
