Please post questions about a Homebrew application in it's dedicated thread to reduce clutter. Also title is super vague. Also, if you have no clue where to put the rtp, try bundling it with the game. Meaning, extract the rtp into the game folder so that the folders and files line up.

where at theroot of the sd card or in the 3ds folder or in the easyrpg folder thats in the 3ds folder.

I think its the root of the sdcard but i have a question also...should i just put the rtp2000.exe inside or i need to install it on pc then copy the file ?
BTW U can just copy the rtp exe in ur games folder,that works for me,just put it inside all of your games folder
