Homebrew Where can I make a request for someone to make a homebrew app

Topic, and description, basically.

I actually have a few.

I noticed BeUp, an attractive little homebrew app that lets me talk to WLM contacts.

How about one for YIM, and one for AIM, and one for Google Talk, and one for ICQ, and one for Raptr???

How bout one for Skype???

What about something that lets me status post and tweet to FB and Twitter???

Where would I submit requests for these???

EDIT: These would be for DS(all models hopefully, but at least the 2 DSi models)

Please help!!!!

1). Wrong section, this is for Wii.
2). There will not be anything for skype until it's protocol is made open or reverse engineered.
3). I think AIM and ICQ use the same protocol (I recall reading about that and lots of oldskool ICQ people being upset about the change).
4). I think MenuDo does twitter and facebook status.
