Where can I get a atari flashback for cheap?

Do you avoid old games that are only playable in 30fps or less?

I got back to playing Blur on PS3 and while it's only 30fps, the game is awesome so no I wouldn't personally avoid games based on that alone.

Hi, I wondering... where can I get a atari flashback for cheap? ($30 and under)
Also, I don't want the original flashback... Im talking about flashback 5, 4, 3
... and possibly 2. Sometimes ebay can be a bit weird with shipping tho'.
