I am sorry,I do not really know.I typed that "ASUS TUF A17 (FA706) ssd cable" into Google Search and "he" found it for me.

My Asus A15 came with the flat flex cable in the box.

I was honestly shocked, wondering if it was some kind of test against ignorant users.

Weird that yours lacks it, might be worth contacting Asus to see if they can supply it.
