Where can I get a cheap graphics card for my system?

All people I know usually get their stuff at newegg.com, some graphics cards are more expensive than others, but you dont need an expensive one to run MapleStory.

I've attached a link so you can take a look, they arent as expensive as higher end ones but will work for you

Sweet! So will any of these work with my computer? Do I need a special kind or anything?

Just make sure you have and open pci port on your motherboard and that your motherboard will accept the connection type of the graphics card you want to buy. Then just buy it, wait, hook it up, download the drivers, and your ready to play! :]
