It's no biggie living at home if you have an income and pay a mature level of rent. Be responsible, and most parents will cut you some slack. I would.

The world is more or less a 2 income reality, and if you simply don't have that dedicated second source of income then living at home is not a tragedy.
But try and ditch the virginity before you are 25

Your parents will a least want to know you DO want a relationship hehe.

I mention 18 by the way as 18 is the pivotal age in Canada.

Depends on your financial situation, but when 40 is really too old. You should have found a partner by then who you can live with.
