I got lucky and I was actually able to finish the speed test.
When it gets lower the page just dies.
Is that your actual internet speed or are you being funny? If so... I'm very sorry for you.

Since we've been with Comcast for 15 years, they're offering 75Mb/s download speed + HD Cable box + home security for $2.xx more a month. Plus a one time shipping fee. I'm also getting a new modem, so that will make it even faster.

I miss those time I had a 1Gbit connection provided by the university. (Now that I have to pay, it is the cheapest shit I could find)
When I was connected through Ethernet, it skyrocketed above 600Mbps on speedtest.
When I was using Wi-Fi, it went as shown below:
Campus Internet is pretty OK I think.

Aren't you in Argentina?
Telefonica Germany?

Also, made another try, no differences.

I'm using my floor's wifi in college. They have a different router in each floor and a different password for each router. During peak times, the internet is unusable. I can't even load a single webpage. It's like my computer gives up its right to use bandwidth the moment another computer goes on the network. I can only get surf-able speeds during midday when everyone else is in class or some moments in the night when normal people are sleeping and the night owls aren't awake yet. It's not worth it to get my own internet because all the plans require a 2 year contract and I'm only here until May when I graduate. Custom plans with no contract cost $56 a month for the slowest speed.

Nope, I live in Germany since a couple of years ago.
Talking about Argentina, back when I lived in my hometown I got 3mbps max best case scenario. I hope that has improved.

Could get better, but I see no reason. Speed test done at the same time as I was watching House of cards on Netflix (PS4 and HD via WiFi). Less than $20 a month (about $20 a month for 100/10 and $25 for 250/50) for unlimited. :)
