Hacking What's the "third processor" that the Wii U has?

I'm referring to the one mentioned here. What specifically does it have to do with the vWii?

I'd assume the person means the DSP which handles audio (and some very obscure gc memory card checksum calculations) for gc/wii, basically gc/wii games right on boot send a game-specific program to that DSP that then handles all game-specific audio (or other) operations. It is no longer used in wiiu games though.
