Gaming Whats the differences between the DSLites firmware versions?

My DSLite gets the Two prurple screens, but I was wondering whats the difference between all the versions? Can I update it?

No you can't there's no way to update DSL's firmware your better off getting a N3DS ,N3DS XL

I never denied that there were different hardware versions of the DS lite.

there was "updates" but you had to go on a Kiosk to update it, unless you lived on japan (not sure if come out on USA) you couldn't "update" it..

there is about 5 revisions of the firmware, the first ones allowed you to use the first pass me devices, they where "blocked" on the other revisions and then passme and others come out

the diferent revisions are just minor tweeks. nothing that you can say there is a diference... probably just for diferent revisions of the DS (iQUE had his own firmware)

and no you can't update it.. and by no i mean: unless you have a time\space machine today there is no way you can do it, and no reason to...
