Hacking whats the best method as of right now for ps3 backups on external harddrive

hey guys wondering the best method as of right now for running iso's on an external harddrive (ps3)
4.82. rebug. multiman? if that's the case should i be using the stealth version i see?
what folder should they go in?
people still swearing by fat32 or is ntfs much better now?
low down plz.

1. Copy ps3 iso to PS3ISO folder on external drive
2. Install 4.82.2 Rebug Cobra, remember to enable cobra mode by using rebug toolbox which is along with rebug cobra 4.82.2
3. install webman mod or multiman to mount game, I prefer webman since it can directly mount the game on xmb without running other game managers. That's all.

Sman is better tho and gets updated while webman doesn't anymore
