ROM Hack What's the best homepass method for W7 that requires no addtional hardware

All I have is a W7 desktop I built, mobo has built in wifi.

I have an old Boost Mobile Moto G for android devices I can root, but it has no mobile internet connection.

I'm just trying to get villagers in Bravely Second, help would be appreciated.
