I don't drink coffee, but prolonged physical activity usually works. plus, don't watch tv/play games an hour before going to sleep. read a book, maybe.

Listen to some fast-paced music or something. Listening to loud, fast-paced music when I'm tired gives me a headache which usually makes it harder for me to sleep.

Caffeinated drinks like Monster work, then.

What I understand is that, Water and pretty much all liquids has this property, where they can absorb soluble particles to a certain point beyond "maximum" concentration.
This means that, if you drink coffee with semi cold water, it will taste bitter, as the water can't dissolve many of the coffee particles.
Hence, when I drink coffee (or try to) I always make sure to have boiling water, and using no more than two tea spoons of coffee by four of sugar.
I still don't know how, but regardless of the amount of added coffee, it always, always tastes bitter.
Maybe is not for me, I very much prefer a big cup of chocolate milk.

You do all realize that my sleep deprivation was just for yesterday, don't you?
All I'm saying is that, I don't need the lack of sleep anymore.

But it's nice to have more options for boy other given time when I have to prevent sleeping.

Fun fact: It is said that our sleep time is created by the Circadian Rhythm, if this rhythm gets altered, the person will have sleep problems.
To reverse the Circadian Rhythm in order to turn it normal, you have to use a flash light in your left wrist.
Or behind your knees.
