My friend let me try to Downgrade his PSP Fat and I got a Huge problem......ITS SYSTEM SOFTWARE IS 13.37!!!
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?!

I would have to say that I have not come across that before. Try using pandora anyway as it should still work.

It doesnt work its weird....ITS HP IS OVER 9000!!!!

it should read something like 5.00 M33-4

Most likely, he already has CFW and used this program (can't remember exact name, but I've used it). It's a homebrew app that lets you change your fw to anything you want it say. Like, you could change it to 13.37. Hope that helps
