What Nintendo Switch Fan should I use?

I need to change my Nintendo Switch fan and noticed that there are 2 types of fans, one with a rubber pads in screw holes and another with just plastic screw holes). IDK which one will fit a V2 switch so that I can buy the correct one.

Also, What fan is generally better if they both fit?

This is my current fan, looks like the plastic version but I current dont have a way of opening and checking, but I'll do it later and update. But I have V2.

honestly i dont think theres a difference for stock fan unless the manufacturer specially state and to be safe, i would get the same fan to replace
