Hello!
My nintendo switch’s fans are running on max speed, no matter what, from the moment it is turned on.

I suspect it is something to do with the fan not receiving the pwm signal it needs.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is the system modded at all?

You should list more details.
Switch Model
Stock/Softmod/ModChip
If Modded - What Homebrew installed? (Sys-Clk)?

So I replaced the thermal paste and still, it has the same problem, I also checked the cable to the motherboard, reseated it.
Is the M92 chip also related to the fan? I thought it was only for the charging part.
Also the temps are max 42-43c while playing zelda

check mainboard back side if this area has any damage
