I use Manjaro, because it have all advantages of Arch, but comes with a DE or WM, letting me being lazy since the installation (It's easier install Manjaro and delete a few packages that I don't need than install Arch and install all packages that I need). Manjaro is pretty good for Linux beginners as well.
Manjaro also have 3 packages servers setup, Stable (You will always have some packages in the last stable), Testing (All packages will be with the last beta before stable release) and Unstable (Well, just follow the pattern)
I use the KDE, but I also like Budgie and Deepin DE. I'll probably install Budgie after the migration to Qt is complete, (Since I use a DE that uses Qt, I don't want to have more than the necessary GTK+ stuff)
