on topic - It's possible that this is either a lame attempt at curtailing knock offs or something that will be released in japan only. Since Creative has had the Zii name for quite a while (more than two years), and is making a hopefully promising device, I doubt Nintendo would try and muscle in with an out of country patent.
off topic - Is the WiiZii the one being devloped by the flatmii crew? I remember a similar product being announced a while ago that was more or less vaporware.

"i" in DSi means "eye" and "me", because it has cameras and focussed on 1 player...

in Germans you can say "Sie", wich means "them", but omg, wtf are they doing now?
