PS1/2 What is the best way to make FreeDVDBoot backups?

I see there are multiple options: doing it manually or using "Kazuma's auto patcher" or "Jabu Gui".

Are these patchers fully compatible and working? And what are the differences, or which one is better?

The program I use is called FDVDB_ESR_Patcher and it works perfectly for me.
