Hey guys.
I recently copied into my sd card all of my old 3DS data that i backuped in my PC. At first I thought it was going to recognize all of the games I installed with freeShop. But, after turning it on, i've seen that none of the games I installed were shown. The .app with : my homebrew apps, my games (installed with freeShop), my old applications (installed with eShop)... they were still in my Nintendo 3DS folder. Why does my 3DS does not recognize the old apps i used to have ? Is there any way to get them all without deleting anything ?

Thank you.

Delete the Nintendo 3DS folder and copy it over again from the backup. If you put the SD card into the 3DS and let it generate a Nintendo 3DS folder and then copy over from a backup without deleting the existing Nintendo 3DS folder first, merging them, it won't work.
Also if the folder inside the "Nintendo 3DS" folder is named differently between the two, you have formatted the system at some point after you made the backup and it won't work because the encryption is different. Unless you have an older NAND backup.

Thank you ! I'll try this.
