Hacking what i can do on xbox live without being flagged?

So i have flashed my xbox and wondering about what i can do on xbox live. My disc are working but going off kprobe i don't think they are good enough to be undetected by microsoft. I'm not that bothered about playing games online so I've kinda written it off as an option. I would like to know if i there is a risk of getting flagged while using netflix and other TV apps? What are the penalties when u are flagged? Also do i have to worry about updates and can i bypass them?

If you're flagged, you'll going to get banned soon.
Only thing to avoid flagging is to patch EVERY backup with ABGX.
And if you get a system update, just wait until c4eva says the update is safe.
Or when I/Devin says it's safe.

so if i have no game running the xbox just appears as normal? can i play regular discs online?

Yep.
Retail and correctly patched ABGX backups are safe for XBLive.

And the FBI won't come storming into your home, you'll just get console banned if they get you ;p

You'll need to be running the hack when you injected a new KV.
Different KV won't boot the console in retail ;]
