Anyway I got over it but when I was younger on a trip to a place in Europe from North America. One of the days when I was at the beach there was an undertow I didn't notice. Basically after a few minutes of swimming I got sucked under and was literally thrown into the air by the tide back and forth rinsing and repeating occasionally getting re sucked in from shore. Shortly after my cousin ran and pulled me out and it's all good. There was sand EVERYWHERE and rocks against the floor scraped my back, I was crying and didn't go back but I think I'm over it. Although a worker did say that the tide was unoccasianally rough during that week.
