Tickets are proof you've 'downloded' the game and so unless I'm mistaken, Nintendo would be able to see that you have a ticket without paying any money.

It's better to get rid of the tickets on wads you never intend on using really :/
 
Almost all of the wads that have been released have unproper tickets. And even now, they're useless. (After PAL Wiiware) - you have still option to DOWNLOAD for Wii Points and nothing else. You just have a game in Wii. And it's better to uninstall wads, 'cause you will get another 1block free or something about it.
 
I went through the menu and deleted a game I had installed using a wad. I didn't even think about the fact that I should have been using the uninstaller. Anyways, immediately after it was erased I got a black screen saying my system files were corrupt and I should check the manual. Freaked me out for a minute, but I restarted and everything was fine. Probably not the best to leave unnecessary files lying around, but it doesn't appear to be particularly harmful to do it through the menu.

i got this too.. it seems to happen everytime i delete something now.. but otherwise everything works fine.
