Hacking What happened to the AK team?

Here's the situation.

I sent the AK team an email a couple weeks ago, and they sent back in a nice two days. I replied, twice, but have had no response for the last 2-3 weeks. The email was about a defective card.

Does anyone know what happened, or why?

They probably get hundreds or thousands of emails, and maybe your multiple emails just got annoying.

Better to post on their messageboard unless it was something personal like a defective card return.

Dealextreme. I've gotten store credit, but the AK team also said they would send me one. I sent them evidence and an address...

Which means if the AK team gets my email, I have 2 acekards.
Whopee.

I believe the reason why the Acekard team is not responding is because of their Chinese New Year Holiday ( which lasts a couple weeks ) celebration.
