Give us the information that's listed on the Processor line. The MHz rating is pretty much useless without knowing the architecture.
With such an old video card though you're not going to be able to play many games unless you turn down almost all the options to "Low"
if your vidcard and your cpu are as old as I suspect they are, you're better off scrapping the rig and starting from scratch to be honest. You'll benefit from a better cpu architecture, better memory speeds (DDR3) and a faster video card overall.
